Our
Orlando town house offers a comfortable holiday away
from home in the tropical surroundings of Emerald Island
Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. This beautiful 3 bedroom,
2.5 bathroom fully air-conditioned town house sleeps
up to 8, it's fully furnished and offers all the amenities
that you expect in rental home and more. It is the perfect
place for relaxing after a day at one of the many attractions
in the Disney area.
It
is in a quiet and private location overlooking the beautiful
“emerald” conservation area at the rear yet
within an easy stroll to the many resort facilities.
In
addition, Emerald Island Resort offers a variety of
amenities that will make your holiday a memorable one.
The
beautiful gated community of Emerald Island Resort is a
magnificent, up-market full-facility resort located only
a few minutes drive away from Disney World. The
palm-lined road winding up to Emerald Island Resort
leads you to the spectacular gatehouse and the
community’s grand colonnaded entrance, dolphin fountain
and picturesque rotunda.
This is
the main (large) community pool with hot tub, located
next to the Club House, Children's Playground and beach
volleyball court. There are free sun beds, and a Tiki
bar selling snacks and refreshments for your convenience
when enjoying time at the pool. There are two
tennis courts and equipment available. The
Exercise Room and adjoining pool and sauna provide
guests a great way to stay in shape and relax while on
holiday at Emerald Island Resort. The Club
House building contains the lounge (pictured) with
big-screen TV, the Exercise Room, Sauna, Cyber Cafe and
Concierge Service. The Club House is about a 5 minute
walk from our Townhouse. Wi-Fi internet access is also
available at the club house.

Kitchen: fully equipped to prepare a hearty meal before
heading out on your Florida adventure. Bath towels,
pool towels and linens are provided for your use. Washer
and dryer services available within the Condo - letting
you pack light - yet leave space for your souvenirs.
Ceiling fans, central air conditioning, TV’s, DVD,
VCR are also provided for both your comfort and enjoyment.

10 minutes from Disney and within a few miles of major
attractions.
